Flower Girl is a 2013 Nigerian romantic comedy film. It revolves around a story of Kemi (Damilola Adegbite) who is dying to get married to Umar (Chris Attoh); a young man who is desperate to get ahead in his career. When their relationship hits troubled waters, Kemi seeks the help of movie superstar Tunde (Blossom Chukwujekwu) and they hatch a plan to get Kemi what she wants.

9. FIGURINE — (₦30 Million)
The Figurine is a 2009 Nigerian supernatural suspense thriller film. It narrates the story of two friends who finds a mystical sculpture in an abandoned shrine in the forest while serving at a National Youth Service Corps camp, and one of them decides to take the artwork home. Unknown to them, the sculpture is from the goddess ‘Araromire’ which bestows seven years of good luck and another seven years of bad luck on anyone who encounters it. The lives of the two friends begin to change for good, as they become successful and wealthy businessmen. However, after seven years, things start to change for the worse. The movie stars Tosin Sido, Ramsey Nouah, Omoni Oboli, and Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi. Written by Kemi Adesoye, Produced and directed by Kunle Afolayan. Road To Yesterday is a 2015 Nigerian romantic drama. The film is co-produced by Genevieve Nnaji and directed by Ishaya Bako.

Last Flight to Abuja is a 2012 Nigerian thriller film written by Tunde Babalola, directed and produced by Obi Emelonye. Starring Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Jide kosoko, Ali Nuhu and Jim Iyke.
The movie is inspired by true life events. A set of day to day Nigerians board the last Flamingo Airways which goes from Lagos to Abuja. About 30,000 feet in the air, the plane starts to develop major technical difficulties. As the pilots fight with the controls of the stricken aero plane, a series of flashbacks unravel the twists, turns and leaps of fate that put each passenger on the fateful flight.

4. IJE — (₦59.8 Million)
Ije is a Nigerian Drama film produced and directed by Chineze Anyaene. It stars; Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade, Ulrich Que, Jeff Swarthout, Clem Ohameze, and Odalys García.

Ije tells the story of two sisters. Chioma and Anya who grew up in a Nigerian village (Oku Village). Years down the line, Anya chases the American dream and becomes a successful musician in Los Angeles, but then, tragedy strikes when she is allegedly accused of killing her husband and producer, Michael Michino, and two other men in their L.A mansion. Chioma then flies into the States to try and save her sister and enlists the help of a young and “failed” attorney Jalen Turner.

October 1 which is set in Colonial Nigeria, tells the story of Danladi Waziri (Sadiq Daba), a police officer from Northern Nigeria who is posted to a remote town of Akote in Western Nigeria to investigate the frequent female murder cases in the community, He must solve the murder before the Nigerian flag is raised on October 1, Nigeria’s Independence Day.

2. HALF OF A YELLOW SUN — (₦60.1 Million)
Second on the list is Biyi Bandele’s Half of a yellow sun. It is a 2013 Nigerian historical film drama produced by Andrea Calderwood and Gail Egan. The film is refer to as the most expensive Nigerian film with a budget of 1.6 Billion Naira. However, Half of a yellow sun is a love story that follows two sisters who are caught up in the outbreak of the Nigerian Civil War.

Akpos wins a 30-day holiday for two to Atlanta, Georgia. He takes his cousin (Richard), an IT specialist on the all-expense paid trip. Akpos flings his unique personality, showing-off his smartness and foolishness in an exciting witty humor.
