The Super Bowl was a thing last night but let’s be real, most of you were probably watching it for the commercials and as you can expect there were plenty of TV spots for upcoming movies. You can watch them all below.
Of course Deadpool couldn’t miss the big game, not when his movie comes out on Friday.
Next up is Gods of Egypt with a 60 seconds TV spot, which means they payed $10 million for it. I’m not even sure the movie can open that high at the box office. Waste of money? You be the judge. Opens February 26th.
10 Cloverfield Lane is out in a month and we only found out about it three weeks ago, so it needs all the attention it can get. 10 Cloverfield Lane is out on March 11th.
Turkish Airlines can now take you to Gotham City, at least according to this pretty great piece of marketing for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Opens March 25th.
If Gotham City isn’t your thing, Turkish Airlines could take you to Metropolis instead.
I guess Krang is in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and he looks spot on. I’m really starting to come around to this movie, opens June 3rd.
After months of brainstorming for a title, I guess they finally decided to give up and simply call it Jason Bourne. You know the name, opens July 29th.
“United we stand, united we fall, divided we fall”, Captain America: Civil War opens May 6th.
There are few things more American than the original Independence Day, so of course Independence Day: Resurgence would have a Super Bowl spot. Hits theaters June 24th.
Psylocke cuts a car in half and it’s really not looking good for our heroes in X-Men: Apocalypse, out May 27th.
Nothing new in this TV spot for The Secret Life of Pets. Opens July 8th.
Not really a trailer for a movie, but still related and very awesome. Check out Ant-Man and Hulk going at it for a can of Coke.
Lastly here’s a 30 seconds spot for The Jungle Book that was accompanied online by a new full trailer. We’ll talk about that one in another post. Opens April 15th.
